Diana Ni Hunter is an associate with a practice focused on advising hedge funds, private equity funds and investment advisers in connection with their structuring, formation and ongoing operational needs, and on regulatory and compliance matters.
Prior to joining the firm in February 2014, Diana was an associate at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP, where she specialized in capital markets and leveraged loan transactions. Diana received a B.A. in English, magna cum laude, from Duke University. In 2011, she graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. While at Penn, she was an executive editor for the Journal of Business Law and earned a Certificate in Business and Public Policy from the Wharton School of Business.
