Michael Rodriguez is a partner and a member of the firm’s markets and trading practice group based in our New York office. Mike routinely advises clients in connection with trading, financing and derivatives documentation. He also provides advice related to regulatory and corporate governance issues.
His expertise covers, but is not limited to, the following documentation: ISDA master agreements, prime brokerage agreements, lock-up agreements, securities lending agreements, collateral agreements, credit agreements, intermediation agreements, repurchase agreements, forward transaction agreements, private equity transactions, licensing agreements, research agreements, non-disclosure agreements and LSTA/LMA loan documentation.
Michael joined our firm in January 2007 after receiving his LL.M in taxation for New York University School of Law.
