Conor Drury

Conor's focus

Conor Drury is an associate based in our New York office. Conor is a member of the firm’s markets and trading practice group, and routinely advises clients in connection with trading, financing and derivatives documentation. He also provides advice related to regulatory and corporate governance issues.

His experience covers, but is not limited to, the following documentation: ISDA master agreements, prime brokerage agreements, lock-up agreements, custody agreements, securities lending agreements, master securities forward transaction agreements, collateral agreements, credit agreements, repurchase agreements, licensing agreements, research agreements, capital introduction services agreements, treasury management services agreements and non-disclosure agreements.

Prior to joining the firm in June 2021, Conor worked for three institutional investors on the buy-side of the market. He received his law degree from New York Law School with a concentration in Business Law. He was also an editor of the New York Law School Law Review Journal. Conor graduated from the Fordham University with a B.A. in Political Science and a Minor in Communications.
