Peiyi (Tracy) Duan is Counsel in our firm. Tracy’s practice focuses on cross-border M&A and other investment activities of private equity funds primarily in Asia.
Tracy is native in Mandarin Chinese and fluent in English. She began her legal career as legal counsel for China Aidi Group Corporation in Shenzhen, China. She subsequently moved to Canada and then the United States. Prior to joining our firm in April 2008, she had gained experiences in transactional legal work in Canadian and U.S. law firms, starting with Borden Ladner Gervais LLP in Vancouver, Canada.
Tracy has a L.L.B. from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law in China and a L.L.B. from the School of Law, University of British Columbia in Canada.
