Kayla McGee is an associate in our Greensboro office. Kayla is a member of the firm’s tax group and focuses on tax matters relating to investment funds, including hedge funds, private equity, loan and credit opportunity funds and real estate funds. She also assists clients with other matters including their ongoing operational needs, and other regulatory and compliance matters.
Prior to joining the firm in August of 2018, Kayla received her law degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law where she was a an Articles Editor for the North Carolina Journal of International Law. She also received her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A. in Political Science.
