Mark Fanton is an associate based in our New York office. Mark is a member of the firm’s markets and trading practice group, and routinely advises clients in connection with trading, financing and derivatives documentation. He also provides advice related to regulatory and corporate governance issues.
His experience covers, but is not limited to, the following documentation: ISDA master agreements, prime brokerage agreements, lock-up agreements, custody agreements, master netting agreements, securities lending agreements, master securities forward transaction agreements, collateral agreements, credit agreements, intermediation agreements, repurchase agreements, licensing agreements, research agreements, capital introduction services agreements, treasury management services agreements, LSTA/LMA loan trading documentation and non-disclosure agreements.
Prior to joining the firm in September 2014, Mark received his law degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School with a concentration in Financial Transactions. He graduated from the State University of New York at Fredonia with a B.A. in Philosophy and Minors in Business and Leadership in 2011.
