Khalif is an associate in our Greensboro, North Carolina office. Khalif’s practice focuses on assisting the firm’s private equity clients in the structuring, formation, organization and operation of private equity funds and their related management entities as well as cross-border M&A transactions with the firm’s private equity clients. Khalif also assists clients with day-to-day matters, including confidentiality agreements, general corporate governance, regulatory compliance and side letter compliance.
Khalif received a B.A. in English and a B.A. in International Affairs from the University of Georgia in 2013. In 2018, he received his law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law and his MBA from Wake Forest University School of Business. At Wake Forest, he was a research assistant with a concentration in Securities Regulation and Corporate Governance, a student clinician in the law school’s Community Law and Business Clinic and Parliamentarian of the Black Law Student Association.
